In 2005, Ronald Marshall along with his wife, Tiana Marshall started a small construction company in Tampa, Fl named Marshall Construction. At that time they focused on building small spec homes.  In 2013 the company was revamped and they changed the name to Rambuild Construction and began focusing on commercial and residential construction, as well as renovation and remodels. They were determined to make their mark in the construction industry by, providing impeccable customer service to their clients, operating with business and financial integrity, while giving their clients a quality product at a reasonable price.

 

As the President of Rambuild Construction, Ronald Marshall oversees all of the day to day operations of the company. In addition, he personally manages each project to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. He works along with a team of people, from accountants to architects to interior designers and subcontractors to ensure the company maintains its good name, as well as its financial stability, ensuring that the company will sustain longevity and one day enabling Rambuild Construction Services to compete with the leading construction companies in the industry. Tiana Marshall, Vice President of Rambuild Construction, as well as the CGC, works as a design consultant for the company. She is responsible for choosing the design and finishing selections for each home, adding a custom touch that each customer will appreciate. In addition, Mrs. Marshall focuses on the marketing aspect of the company and she is currently working on new home division for the company.
